I am passionate about creating a therapeutic relationship where you can feel seen and heard in a safe, supportive space. I believe that healing starts within and that fostering self-compassion is essential to a person’s well-being and the key to living a joyful life.
I meet each person where they are, with a warm and welcoming presence in a nonjudgmental environment. I work with individuals and couples in their intimate relationships, stress management, building self-esteem, dealing with depression and anxiety, adult children of narcissists, highly sensitive individuals, women's issues, addiction, grief and trauma.
