Welcome! Are you returning to counseling, or is this your first time? Counseling can open doors in your life, feelings, and experiences. I specialize in trauma and addiction recovery for individuals and couples. If you are still rocked by the years of Covid, had an unstable home life with addictions to porn, sex or substances, or just can’t seem to find the right track, let alone get on it, then together I believe we can find your place in the world.
