Hopelessness, anxiety, rage, confusion, shame, loss and depression are an overwhelming place to be. Experiencing those things can make us feel isolated and alone. We were not made to go through the hardest parts of life on our own. That’s where I come in. If you will allow me to walk alongside you we can find a place of healing and joy together.
I treat pre-teens, teens and adults. Main focuses are, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, self-harm, self-esteem, school and family related issues. I have been working with children, teens and families for over 20 years, most recently as a school mental health counselor (6 years).
I am trained in EMDR and believe that it is an amazing modality to process and work through trauma and PTSD. My hope is that every client I work with will walk away from their time in therapy with the ability to access peace, confidence and clarity.
