Serving all of CA, and accepting new clients as of March '25! Hi, my name Carrie, and I can be your someone to talk to. I am neurodiverse myself, body-positive, and a fan of the Oxford Comma (hashtag grammar joke). I like to work with youth, adults, and the "sandwich generation" (those who are caring for teens and their aging parents). I have experience with treating depression, anxiety, trauma, life adjustments, and adults parenting neurodiverse populations. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out via phone or email. I'd rather help you get connected to the right place, than not hear from you at all.
I have been a therapist for over 14 years, and a Program and Clinical Supervisor for the past 3 years. I have helped other budding clinicians and therapists hone their diagnosing skills in the public sector, and their treatment skills. I help people and families grow, and help work on the smallest of goals that add up to a fulfilling life.
Lastly, for those struggling, to those going through upsets in life, and all who have hit a new level of overwhelmed, I want to offer hope. Hope that with the first step of therapy and movement towards change, that things will be better. I would be honored to come alongside you in this journey of health.
