By nature, people do what brings relief. I help my clients find relief by healthy means, rather than by defeat. I assist clients to break through barriers by addressing addiction, toxic relationships, paralyzing anxiety, unbearable grief and anger, or fear of the unknown related to life transitions or "growth spurts".
