I enjoy building relationships with people to help them sort their emotions and to give them voice. Creating a space of unconditional respect and acceptance, I strengthen people to do the work of therapy. I work with adults on attachment, trauma, depression, anxiety, and more. I am passionate about teaching parents ways to connect with their children to create an environment where children flourish and parents feel competent and effective, and enjoy working with parents of children with big behaviors and parents of adopted children.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is my favorite therapy and way of living. I am also trained in and utilize Attachment Theory, Trauma-Informed, Family Systems Theory, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Gottman Therapy to assist people in working through their struggles to attain stronger connections with themselves and others.
