Welcome! I am so glad you are here. I want you to know that you can have the life that you want and deserve. My name is Carrie Gajowski and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults in complicated relationships. I work with people who are involved in relationships that aren’t working for them and they may not know why or what is happening. I will work alongside you to determine what you want and help you identify what you might need to do next in your relationship.
I tend to work with men and women who find themselves in abusive relationships. I also work with people who deal with trauma, anxiety, and depression.
I received my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a focus on Transpersonal Psychology. I view healing as an integration between mind, body and spirit. I also have been EMDR trained and work with clients to help them heal their traumas. I draw from CBT and Mindfulness, along with Solution-based Therapy.
