I work with individual clients age 12 and up and I enjoy helping with issues pertaining to low self esteem, body image concerns, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, depression, and OCD. I will work to meet you where you are on your journey and my goal is to help you find hope in your situation. You will be provided a comfortable setting that will become your safe space to allow you to explore your world without judgement. Together we will create a plan to help you find peace in your life. We will do work during sessions to work toward self-actualization and help you be the best version of yourself. It's okay to ask for help.
I work from a cognitive behavioral approach to help you explore and gain greater understanding of how your thoughts impact your feelings and actions. Together we can shift your perspective of your world around you, your job, your partner, and so on. You are deserving of peace and joy. Let's get to work together to create a plan to help better your future!
Are you currently feeling stuck in a situation? It is okay to admit you are not OKAY. Together we will build a therapeutic alliance to help you make positive changes to improve your life. I want to help you find hope. Allow me to lend an empathetic ear and facilitative mind to help you in your situation. It is not too late to live the life you deserve.
