Throughout my career I have learned that clients progress most effectively with an honest, non-judgmental, compassionate, but direct approach. I love watching clients rediscover their inner strength and begin to experience the joys life has to offer. I offer both personal & professional perspectives to overcoming trauma and rebuilding a life worth living.
I specialize in trauma recovery & utilize EMDR and Brainspotting techniques. EMDR & BSP allows information within the brain to be reprocessed and reintegrated in a healthier manner. I have EMDR- Level II (with advanced training in attachment-focused EMDR and techniques with disassociation & personality disorders). Also, certified in Brainspotting Phase II.
