About
Hi! I'm a highly skilled Marriage & Family therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience with clients & supervision of interns. I have a B.S. in Communications & a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. My office is located in Maple Valley in the Capstone building, suite 202. If you are in need of immediate help/relief or looking for long-term therapy, I can definitely address your concerns as I am trained in both. My areas of expertise are working with adults, teens, couples, and families looking to create authentic, lasting change. My style is open, collaborative, compassionate, & directive. Telehealth welcome.
Depression, Anxiety, DBT, Mindfulness, Family/Relationship conflict, LGBQT, Infertility, Trauma, Sex/Sexuality, Spirituality/Grief & health/wellness. I'm trained in family systems, which means no one person is the "problem". We are all interconnected to our extended family & world. I welcome all people regardless of religion, sexuality, gender & ethnicity.
It's my goal for you to feel heard, accepted, and empowered to create healing and growth within self and within your relationship(s). We all have strengths and shadow areas that can be difficult to talk about/face. With my skills and your courage, a more peace-filled and passionate life can be achieved.
