I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia and California with a genuine curiosity about people and their unique stories. With a foundation in healthcare social work, I’ve spent the last 15 years in a variety of roles within hospital and primary care settings. I have a particular interest in working with diverse populations, and I’ve most recently focused on supporting senior citizens. As a working parent, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family.
I am a passionate advocate for my clients, having received formal training in suicidality and end-of-life issues. I use models like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) within a strengths-based approach, focusing on identifying and building upon what you already do well.
