It is safe to say, life doesn’t always go according to plan. And at times seeking help and support is the most courageous step you can take. Over the past 15 years I have worked with clients dealing with chronic illness, situational stress, anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem & depression through an eclectic approach using CBT, motivational interviewing, parts work and EMDR.
As a clinical social worker, I will not only focus on the issues you are facing currently, but all the other systems that make you who you are: your family of origin, upbringing, faith, values, relationship status, career and daily stressors. I also have experience working with couples looking to improve communication, conflict resolution and intimacy.
