With a background in education and family advocacy, and experience supporting individuals with long‑term illness and disability, I work alongside clients to create connected, responsive care. I integrate knowledge of neurology and physiology into therapy and, when helpful, collaborate with medical providers and other professionals. I offer individual therapy using evidence‑informed approaches, including EMDR.
I provide trauma‑informed therapy through a collaborative approach, engaging a care team when helpful, and honoring medical complexity through deep listening, validation, and whole‑person support.

Crosscare Institute for Collaborative Care
A virtual, skills-based support group for parents of young children. This 6 week series focuses on understanding developmental stages, strengthening the parent?child relationship through attentive listening, play, and positive attention, and learning how to set clear, age?appropriate limits. Caregivers practice skills that support emotional safety, improve communication, and help children feel seen and understood—while also reducing power struggles and increasing predictability and trust.
