I work with individuals that are feeling overwhelmed, experiencing chronic pain, struggling with relationships, or trapped in a cycle of worrying about everything. If this sounds familiar, I can help you. I specialize in treating Anxiety, OCD, and Trauma. Often these seemingly mundane daily struggles are connected to deeper fears and wounds that you can learn to heal. You don't have to live in physical and mental pain. I want to help you live a full life without pretending to be ok, but truly feeling ok.
I strive to foster personal growth and understanding in order to change our stories about ourselves and get out of unhelpful patterns. I do this by providing a non-judgmental space where people of all different backgrounds can feel comfortable sharing their struggles. I am trained in EMDR, ERP, and ACT which I use to guide treatment planning.
