My passion is helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions understand their feelings better and how to control their impulses.
My counseling style is direct and interactive. I believe in helping people work through the areas they feel most stuck. I also believe that as humans we are extremely strong and have the ability to overcome even the worst life circumstances to fully become who we were meant to be.
