It is my mission to work with you in an effective, solution-focused manner to empower you to manage life’s challenges, stressors, worries and anxieties on your own with the tools and resources we have developed together. My goal for you is to feel like you no longer need therapy.

My passion is in marriage counseling & relationship issues. I work with individuals, couples and families who have strained relationships. I am trained in & implement Gottman and EFT couples counseling to assist in managing marital conflict, understanding and changing patterns of communication, affair recovery and increasing relationship satisfaction.

Additionally, I specialize in Divorce Recovery. This includes marital separation, recovery and rebuilding from a divorce, the challenges of single parenting, co-parenting, children's adjustments, and blended families. It is my goal to meet you where you are in a supportive manner, teach skills & challenge you to grow to make your life the best it can be!
