I have over 10 years of experience in helping clients with stress, relationship issues, trauma and abuse. I provide traditional therapy as well as Christian therapy. My integrative therapy approach makes use of a personalized approach, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based techniques, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused.
These issues can destroy your motivation, self-esteem, and confidence but I believe that you can get all those back.
