I am a psychologist offering psychotherapy and psychological assessment to adults and groups. I provide a supportive, genuine, and nonjudgmental environment in which to achieve your goals for therapy. I will work collaboratively with you as you learn new approaches to living effectively with the painful thoughts, feelings, and stressors that can get in the way of making meaningful behavior change. My goal is to help you build greater awareness of what gets you stuck and to respond flexibly to life’s struggles, so that you can focus your energy and strengths on moving towards what matters most to you in life.

My training is in providing cognitive behavioral therapies, and I primarily work from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach. I also incorporate mindfulness in therapy. One of my specializations is in using mind-body approaches to help individuals cope with and improve their lives with chronic pain and other medical conditions.

I believe that even in the face of pain and life’s challenges, it is possible to create a rich and meaningful life. Whether you have been in therapy before or are seeking it for the first time, I invite you to contact me for a free phone consultation to see if we might work well together. **I am currently available to provide therapy sessions on Saturdays**
