Are current life stressors, unwanted feelings and emotions holding you back from being the best version of yourself? When this happens it often leaves us in a place of uncertainty, questioning life's purpose and feeling disconnected with others, which, may lead to hopelessness and helplessness. This may lead you to seek out support to process these emotions and feelings, along with the desire to gain skills to assist with these feelings. This is where I come in to support you, as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.
I am passionate assisting others during life transitions, self-esteem/perfectionism, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma, individuals who are struggling with Narcissistic Abuse, divorce (including high conflict divorce) and during the perinatal realm that includes: parenting, family conflicts, loss, infertility, pregnancy and perinatal mood disorders.
During our sessions I will bring 20 years of being in the helping profession. I have an extensive background of state funded programs, criminal justice system, education settings, medical social work, psychiatric social and perinatal. While being a medical social worker, I often assisted parents who were experiencing loss along with perinatal to include NICU
