My therapeutic approach is tailored carefully for each individual, couple or family. I create an empathic, non-judgmental, culturally sensitive environment for clients to discover and develop their internal strengths to cope with life’s stressors. It is a privilege to be with clients during the most challenging times, including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, employment changes, and life transitions.
Additionally, I have extensive training in perinatal mood disorders and work as part of a collaborative care team in UCSD Reproductive Medicine, providing psychological support for women and families coping with infertility, pregnancy, pregnancy loss and the postpartum period.
