I utilize interpersonal and third wave cognitive behavioral therapies (e.g., DBT & ACT), and tailor my approach to help you meet your goals. I enjoy working with adults across the lifespan, and specialize in working with college students/young adults and women's issues. I value multiculturalism and welcome working with people from diverse backgrounds.
