As a Certified Clinical Anxiety Professional, I have specialized training and expertise in Anxiety Disorders: Generalized Anxiety Disorder, OCD, Panic Disorder and Post Partum Anxiety. I additionally treat Depression, Bipolar Disorder and Trauma.
I utilize an interpersonal approach and an integrative style of counseling, drawing from several treatment modalities. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), I take into account your unique needs and strengths to collaborate and develop an effective plan of treatment.
