Hello, I'm Carolyn, therapist at the Phoenix Center for Experiential Trauma Therapy. I help people move through grief, heartbreak, trauma, and anger by combining EMDR, trauma-informed yoga, and coaching to create a safe, supportive space where healing becomes embodied, resourced, and truly integrated.
