I help you meet what's actually driving your patterns, live, in the room, using PACT, attachment-based, somatic, and nervous-system-focused work, plus brainspotting when it fits. Sessions run longer than standard, because real shifts need room to breathe. Expect directness, a fair amount of cursing, and a witchy trust in what your body already knows.
If any of this landed, you're probably more ready than you feel. Growth is hard, and the world isn't making it easier right now.
