I work with people using a method that goes deeper by looking at what's actually driving the patterns, in real time, in the room. Sessions are longer than typical therapy because real shifts need room to breathe. Directness and humor are kind of my thing, and after 30 years I'm still moved by what's possible when people decide to do this work.
