I am a licensed psychologist with 25 years in clinical practice working with adults of all ages and backgrounds. My practice is in Philadelphia where I work with anxiety, mood and adjustment disorders; interpersonal issues; life transitions; overuse of screens, tech, substances and more. I tend to be solution-focused and work collaboratively based on individual needs and personal goals. My strength is in helping clients to better understand, face and manage problems through personalized evidence-based treatment as no two people are the same.
My training is eclectic and thorough starting in the ‘90s with Freud and Jung, to cognitive therapies, addictions and psychedelic medicine. Research and practice in a variety of settings (and decades) gives me perspective in working with present problems with appreciation for deeper personal meanings and putting this all together in a way that makes sense.
