I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and burnout in adults. I have a particular interest in working with clients on perfectionism, self-sabotage, relationship issues, and occupation/academic struggles. I utilize an active collaborative approach with a focus on harnessing each individual's unique strengths. Trained in evidence-based techniques at Duke, Harvard and the University of Miami, I have studied under some of the world’s leading psychologists.
I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Duke University, graduating summa cum laude. I received a M.A. in Psychology from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from University of Miami.
As a mom of two, I am especially passionate about supporting others in finding worth in
being, not just doing, and embracing the full spectrum of the human experience.
