Everyone deserves a safe space to be heard and supported. I’m Carolyn Rizza, and I’ve been working in the mental health field since March 2020. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from The College of New Jersey and have experience providing in-person and virtual sessions for individuals, couples, and groups. I prioritize creating a comfortable, inclusive environment and work collaboratively with each client to help them reach their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
