I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals, adolescents and families and I love my work. I feel honored to walk alongside clients and their families; sharing their joys, fears, traumas, and dreams. I have experience working with a variety of struggles ranging from depression, anxiety, divorce as well as social skills issues and autism. I do not work with couples just individuals and families.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Child Mental Health Specialist. I enjoy working with adults, teens/young adults and their families to help them find joy and stability again. I have a lot of experience working with children, adolescents and adults, those with anxiety, relationship difficulties, depression, OCD, and life transitions.
I provide individual therapy with teens and adults, and family therapy. I believe that weekly therapy is the most effective way to work through the issues that are impacting the functioning of an individual. I believe that by working together clients can return to the enjoyments of life. I offer virtual as well as in person sessions.
