I specialize in trauma recovery and stress management. I look forward to collaborating on an individualized treatment plan to directly, actively, and compassionately work through barriers, learn effective tools to disrupt unhelpful patterns of behavior, and make room for long-lasting and life-affirming changes. Whatever challenges you are facing, we will work together to deploy empowering, research-based strategies that foster resilience and promote healing. I've received cutting-edge training in science-informed treatments for trauma, anxiety, and sleep (e.g. EMDR, IFS, ACT, CPT, CBT for Insomnia) from Stanford, NYU, and Columbia.
I am Certified in Perinatal Mental Health (e.g. fertility, birth anxiety, loss, post-partum) by PSI and in Parent Coaching (e.g. tantrums, emotional regulation, boundaries) by Becky's Good Inside Program. I am trained to treat first responder stress by the Dart Center and the VA. I've taught, supervised and researched trauma in medical centers.
