I specialize in trauma recovery and stress management. I look forward to collaborating on an individualized treatment plan to directly, actively, and compassionately work through barriers, learn effective tools to disrupt unhelpful patterns of behavior, and make room for long-lasting and life-affirming changes. I am Certified in Parent Coaching (e.g. tantrums, emotional regulation, boundaries) by Dr. Becky's Good Inside Program and in Perinatal Mental Health (e.g. birth anxiety, loss, post-partum) by PSI. I am trained to treat first responder stress by the Dart Center and fertility stress by ASRM. I've taught, supervised and researched trauma in medical centers.
