I have passionately worked with youth and adults for over 30 years as an educator, group facilitator, and counselor. I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space to gain insights, learn skills and discover the capacity to be in a healthier relationship with self and others. I use a multi-faceted approach tailored to the diverse needs of each client.
