I teach skills to help you make positive changes while also identifying strengths you already possess to find hope and restore balance in your life. My ideal client wants to work on: anxiety, stress, boundaries, depression, people-pleasing, family of origin issues. I also enjoy working with other therapists.
With over 17 years of experience, I balance acceptance and heavy empathy with a straight-forward, no-nonsense approach. Yes, I'm a psychologist, but I'm not -that- kind of psychologist.
