I have always been fascinated by human behavior and what makes us “tick.” After spending many years working in the nonprofit sector, I decided to further my impact in the health and human services field by becoming a professional counselor. Compassion, openness, and warmth are the foundations of my practice, and I thrive on working with individuals and couples who wish to live their lives more fully. I utilize a blend of modalities, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to both support and challenge my clients in a way that
I have a passion for helping individuals live their best lives. Allowing clients to unlock their potential through self-exploration and goal setting. I lend an empathetic ear, while also helping provide guidance to those in search of wellness.
Whether it be a lifelong therapeutic relationship or just a brief stint, I am eager to help. I work with my clients to better understand their backgrounds and life experiences so as to tailor their treatment accordingly. My clients play an active role in their treatment process so as to achieve the best outcomes.
