I have always been fascinated by human behavior and what makes us “tick.” After spending many years working in the nonprofit sector, I decided to further my impact in the health and human services field by becoming a professional counselor. Compassion, openness, and warmth are the foundations of my practice, and I thrive on working with individuals and couples who wish to live their lives more fully.
