I utilize evidence-based, person-centered therapies tailored to each client’s needs and goals. I’m trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which uses eye-movements and imagery to process trauma. I also incorporate other modalities such as Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and even elements of Geek Therapy when it fits.
