A wise philosopher once said that the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Small changes, even increasing self-awareness, can collect and snowball into life-changing transformations. Although these changes and transformations currently may be hard to imagine or fully believe, we can still choose to bravely take that step. I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety (including OCD & social anxiety), disordered eating/body image, PTSD & trauma (including abuse/assault), and loss. I also focus on assisting clients in improving other core areas of their lives, including relationships, social and life skills, as well as assisting clients through difficult life changes.
In session, I emphasize creating a collaborative relationship with my client, providing support, education, and a safe space for exploration and discovery while empowering my client to make meaningful and lasting change in their life.
