Hello! I'm so happy you are considering counseling. I want you to know that I understand this step is a very big deal. I have experience with issues from depression/anxiety to infidelity. I am credentialed and specialize in betrayal trauma for infidelity. I have Gottman Method Couples Therapy training to help couples. I also have training in dealing with sex/porn addiction (SA). If you are a partner of someone who is experiencing SA, I can help you navigate that journey.
My counseling style centers upon using cognitive-based therapy to overcome negative thought patterns that have adapted over time and through traumatic histories. I believe in working through anger and grief to find healing. I offer faith-based approaches (if desired), nature-based therapy (walk-and-talk), and secure online video therapy options.
