Hello! I'm so happy you are considering counseling. I want you to know that I understand this step is a very big deal. You'll learn to create and set boundaries that will create safety for you in painful relationships. We'll sort through your pain and stress together. You don't have to face it alone. I have experience with issues from depression/anxiety to infidelity. I am credentialed and specialize in betrayal trauma for infidelity. I have Gottman Method Couples Therapy training to help couples. I also have training in dealing with sex/porn addiction (SA). If you are a partner of someone who is experiencing SA, I can help you navigate that journey.
My counseling style centers upon using cognitive-based therapy to overcome negative thought patterns that have adapted over time and through traumatic histories. I believe in working through anger and grief to find healing. I offer faith-based approaches (if desired), nature-based therapy (walk-and-talk), and secure online video therapy options.
