I specialize in betrayal trauma and am a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist, working with individuals navigating infidelity and relational betrayal, which causes PTSD-like symptoms in the betrayed. I also work with those navigating the betrayal that comes from a spouse’s sex/porn addiction. I help spouses stabilize and begin restoring safety and self-trust.
I am Gottman Method trained in couples therapy and have training in treating adults of enmeshed parents, helping clients develop a stronger sense of self while maintaining close, meaningful family connection. When you’re ready, I’m here to support you in taking the next step toward healing.
