I have a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license, and I am here to help! Do you need to vent, need someone to lend an ear, or someone to bounce ideas off of? We are all going through something, and sometimes it helps to have someone outside of your circle to talk with. I am here to help you work through immediate concerns going on in your life right now. I can also work with you to dig deeper into the bigger concerns you may have, for your situation as well as for personal improvement. We are all a work in progress!
I have an eclectic approach since to me there is no one size fits all for anyone. You lead the way, and I will aim to help you get to where you want to be! I am direct and solution-focused, with a gentle and supportive tone and vibe.
I do not have a particular structure and force-specific goals and assignments, but I do like to make sure that we touch on the clients' main goals for therapy and I gently guide clients through their process at a pace that is reasonable for them.
