Movement and healing are possible! Sometimes we get stuck. I love working with people who desire to experience freedom from the impact of old wounds and unsatisfying relationship patterns. I provide short and long term therapy for people who are desiring to process trauma or disturbing life events, such as accidents, sudden loss of loved ones, and past abuse. I also work with people who desire to navigate life transitions well, examine unhelpful patterns in their life that get in the way of thriving, and experience relief from anxiety. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (pregnancy and postpartum) and love supporting parents.
I approach therapy with a trauma informed integrative approach that takes into account your core beliefs, emotional experience, how your body holds stress and pain, and the impact on your behavior and relationships. We will look at your story and experiences through a lens of compassion. I am able to provide EMDR therapy as an option for processing trauma.
