When life feels fragmented, therapy can be a space to reconnect—with yourself, your story, and what matters most. I often work with people facing complex trauma, anxiety, and life transitions who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected despite appearing high-functioning. They want more than symptom relief—they seek clarity, self-understanding, and connection. I provide a compassionate, trauma-informed space where clients can safely explore their inner world and find healing from the inside out.
I offer trauma-informed therapy using Internal Family Systems, CBT, solution-focused approaches, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an eye-movement–based method that helps process distressing experiences without needing to relive them. I specialize in PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and cross-cultural adjustment.
