I have been working with people for over ten years in different variations of counseling including trauma, substance abuse, mental health, eating disorders, and grief and loss to name a few. I also have extensive experience working with persons with developmental disabilities. and using the Trauma Informed Care approach. I truly enjoy working with diverse populations of people including persons of color as this is my strength.
I offer individual counseling as well as family therapy. I have been married for nearly 10 years and my husband and I have a blended family. Strengthening, and keeping families together as well as breaking generational curses is always my goal whenever a family comes to my office.
