Carolyn helps treat clients, of all ages with a variety of needs. Including those with a history of trauma, anxiety, depression, anger issues, relationship issues and general daily stress. She utilizes a variety of different tools gained from her Holistic background and training as a trauma therapist, along with her extensive study in the use of hypnotherapy to address differing client symptoms. Her treatment is client-focused and driven by the client's needs and wants.
Carolyn is a heart-centered hypnotherapist. Heart-centered hypnotherapy is an evidenced-based trauma-focused therapy that allows the client to go into the unconscious mind. No matter how severe the traumatic experience, this therapy allows clients to go directly to and heal the issues that create their presenting symptoms.
Carolyn has a masters degree in Holistic Counseling, she is a certified trauma-focused therapist and has advanced training in Heart-Centered hypnotherapy. She has over 25 years of counseling experience. Her goal is to provide a safe, respectful atmosphere to allow the client develop to their full potential.
