Sometimes our worries and problems feel so big and so overwhelming, it's hard to find our way through without a guide and a little extra support. I get it, life is hard!
Everyone should have affordable access to quality mental healthcare and that access should come without barriers and stigmas. I offer in-person, virtual, and telephonic sessions to children, adults, couples, and families. I am open-minded and welcome diverse viewpoints, values, and beliefs, as the therapeutic journey is uniquely yours and yours alone.
I am currently accepting clients.
