I have specialized training in evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, & Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR). I am also trained in recent trauma protocols: R-TEP/RISC & the Flash Technique, which combined with EMDR allows for the rapid & painless resolution of traumatic memories. EMDR, R-TEP/RISC & Flash are also successful in treating anxiety, depression, avoidance, phobias, & panic.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, and trauma & stressor-related disorders.
