We all want to feel confident, balanced and "happy." The reality is we get stuck, confused, and unsure at times. Soon the frustration, hurt, doubt, worry, sadness, self-blame, or loneliness settles in. We want to feel that we have a choice. A choice that will make things better whether it is for ourselves, our relationship, or our children. I am here to listen to you, support you and help you find the answers you need to create your path forward.

I have over a decade of experience working with adults, children and families. I specialize in working with young adults ages 25-45yrs, younger children ages 6-13, and especially look forward to working with new families. My approach to therapy is supportive, patient, and understanding. I also use play therapy and sand play approaches with children.

Choosing to come to therapy is a step towards health and a better quality of living. I look forward to working with you to improve your well-being and restore a sense of balance.
