I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience. I view my work with clients as a team effort. We all have unique strengths and abilities, yet sometimes life gets hard and we can end up feeling lost, defeated, or overwhelmed. My goal is to help clients re-discover their strength, feel better, and enjoy life again.
A strong therapeutic rapport is at the core of my work. I take a strength-based approach and use practical, evidence- based strategies. I integrate a variety of theoretical frameworks including Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness-based. I tailor my approach to meet each individual client's needs.
