Most of the individuals I work with have problems with anxiety, depression, and alcohol/drug addiction. Other people come in with relationship issues, low self-esteem, and problems with functioning in one or more areas of their lives. The #1 problem couples come in with is "we don't communicate". Cognitive and psycho-dynamic interventions.
I have worked for many years with people who have HIV/AIDS and their partners/families. I also see refugees who have emigrated to the USA from African countries.
