Welcome! I am here to offer you help through life’s most difficult times and transitions. Anxiety, depression, past trauma, and current stressors can weigh us down. Sometimes, even positive changes, like pregnancy and postpartum, can be hard. While I can help clients with a variety of issues, my specializations include the treatment of PTSD/trauma as well as the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders during pregnancy and the postpartum period. If you are struggling during a difficult life transition such as pregnancy or new parenthood, or you are ready to resolve past trauma from its root, please do not hesitate to connect with me.
I am an engaged, intuitive, professional and empathic provider. My warm personal style and strong clinical foundation create a safe and effective treatment environment for my clients. My approach is integrative, drawing from a psychodynamic, interpersonal, CBT, and EMDR approaches. I will work collaboratively with you to tailor treatment to your needs.
