Welcome! I am a clinical psychologist in private practice in New York and Massachusetts. I have over 14 years of experience treating varied mental health concerns. My specialties include treating PSTD/trauma and mood and anxiety disorders during pregnancy and postpartum. In addition to weekly talk therapy, I currently support clients who are wanting adjunct EMDR or EMDR intensive support for focused treatment goals. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or past trauma, I will partner with you to get you where you want to be.
I blend interpersonal relational theory with evidence based technique in my approach to treatment of PTSD/trauma, mood and anxiety disorders during pregnancy and postpartum, and a variety of other mental health conditions. I will work collaboratively with you to help you achieve a greater sense of peace, experience more joy, and resolve unfinished business.
