Welcome! I’m a clinical psychologist in private practice in New York with over 14 years of experience helping adults move through anxiety, depression, difficult transitions, and the lasting effects of trauma. I specialize in treating trauma-related concerns as well as mood and anxiety disorders in pregnancy and postpartum. Whether you're been struggling with long-standing issues or are facing a new problem, my approach is welcoming and collaborative, focused on helping you deepen self awareness, see fresh perspectives as you navigate life’s challenges, and make meaningful, positive changes in your life.
I integrate an insight oriented - relational approach with structured, evidence-based techniques, specifically eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I am EMDR Certified as well as Perinatal Mental Health Certified. My practice offers traditional weekly talk therapy or a short term, more immersive experience with EMDR Intensives.
