Hello there! Navigating difficult, high-stress times and carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, or past trauma can be a struggle every day. I specialize in helping clients learn techniques to manage anxiety, depression, and OCD; achieve inner balance, and improve function in all areas of life. I particularly like working with individuals who are experiencing conflict in the family or relationship realm; and I work with any and all issues one could think of in these areas. My interventions are practical, realistic, and you are the most important member in your treatment!
Some of my specializations include working with anxiety, depression, OCD, broken family dynamics, historical/intergenerational trauma, communication breakdowns, parenting, and grief. I use therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused Therapy (as well as others). I do offer a free phone consult for any questions that you may have for me!
