Carolyn Crotty is not currently accepting new clients.
We are living in a very trying time punctuated by losses big and small. For some of you, this period has highlighted areas of growth you wish to focus on or has clarified a change you wish to embrace. You may find yourself struggling with stress, anxiety and grief and are seeking new coping strategies or support while dusting off the skills you already have. If you are ready to lean in to a more joyful life, I am here to help via tele-sessions over a secure network. In addition to individual therapy I also offer supervision to pre-licensed professionals. I am licensed to serve clients and supervisees in Vermont and Massachusetts.
In a session we will use creative expression when possible and mindfulness strategies to gain awareness and understanding of thoughts and feelings while we chart a path toward your goals. If you are seeking supervision, I will bring creativity, insight and perspective to our supervision sessions to support your professional development.
Personal growth, skill building and self discovery can be a daunting journey, but I believe it is this brave path that leads us toward joy and empowerment. If you'd like to set up an appointment or learn more, email me today. I'd be happy to answer questions regarding art therapy, supervision, telehealth and my approach to psychotherapy.
